WHAT TO KNOW
WHAT TO BRING
Helmet: A ski or hockey helmet is essential for safety. Make sure it fits properly and provides adequate protection for your head.
Warm Jacket: Choose a jacket that is insulated and waterproof to keep you warm and dry.
Snow Pants: Opt for snow pants or fleece pants that are waterproof and insulated to keep your legs warm and dry while skating.
Mittens: Mittens or gloves are crucial for protecting your hands from the cold and preventing injury while skating. Make sure they provide adequate insulation and protection.
Socks: Especially in summer sessions, don't forget to pack a pair of lightweight socks. Thick socks should be avoided as they can cause fit issues and blisters. Opt for snug-fitting breathable socks to prevent any discomfort during your time on the ice.
Skates: If you own skates, don't forget to bring them. If not, you can reserve skates HERE or on site.
Snacks: Pack snacks, especially for longer sessions over an hour, to keep yourself fueled and energized during your activities. Nut-free please!
